Arlington County requires the labor, materials, and equipment needed to clean, inspect and produce reports to include photo and/or video records of various structures and line segments in the County’s storm sewer system, on a per-project basis. The inspection standards to be used to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage the existing piping system shall be based on the National Association of Sewer Service Company (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program.
