Rivanna Solid Waste Authority is accepting bids for the RSWA Bailing Facility project. Summary of Work: Clearing and grubbing; Procurement, transportation, and erection of a 16,800-sf metal building, including all doors, fixtures, and dock equipment; Design, permitting, and installation of proposed electrical services for power for the new building; Road grading and installation of gravel and concrete surfaces; Installation, inspection, and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures (completed in phases); Earthwork (cut, backfill, compaction); Installation of stormwater features (berms, channels, culverts, dry swale and extended detention pond); Installation and stabilization of seed, mulch, and topsoil areas disturbed by construction; Removal of excess soil, stone, debris, fencing; and Removal of temporary erosion and sediment control. Bonds required.
