The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of select HVAC equipment, including all structural steelwork, roof work, electrical work, fire alarm work, DDC control work, ductwork, and ceiling work required to support the removal and installation of new equipment. The work includes replacing the cooling tower; the replacement of units serving the office area, classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, corridors, mechanical rooms, and restrooms, as well as the replacement of makeup air units; DDC controls; and repairs to all floors, ceilings, walls etc. impacted by the work. The owner is pre-purchasing all HVAC equipment, curbs, and isolation rails. Bonds required.
