Replacement mechanisms for Secondary Clarifiers (SC3 and SC4) at Plant A. 2. Rehabilitation of Flow Meter Vault 3 including structural, electrical and process mechanical improvements, and installation of a new flow meter therein. 3. Site work including yard piping, valving, duct banks and miscellaneous site improvements. 4. Restoration of the site to pre-construction conditions, including repairs to pavement or concrete and restoring grassed areas.
