Danville Public Schools (DPS) is seeking a request for qualification for services of a Construction Management at Risk, (CMAR) firm to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the renovations and additions to Forest Hills Elementary School. This project includes improvements to accommodate extensive campus wide renovations and approximately 30,000 sf of additions with upgrades to infrastructure, security and technology. To increase the student population from 250 to 500 students. Bonds required.
