Fairfax County Public Schools invites qualified bidders to submit bids to furnish all labor and materials for the chiller replacement at Lemon Road Elementary School. It is the intent of this contract to remove (1) one air-cooled chiller, pumps, associated piping and replace them with (1) one new air-cooled chiller and associated pumps and piping at the specified location. Work shall include all associated demolition rigging, piping, equipment, electrical equipment, controls, insulation, patching, painting, and related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in the specifications to provide a complete and fully operational installation. Bonds required.
