The City of Fairfax (“City” or “Owner”) is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms to provide landscape and hardscape improvements at the main entrance of City Hall. The landscape area will be expanded around the entrance and the steps leading to Armstrong Street. The hardscape work includes demolition and replacing concrete steps from main entrance to Armstrong Street and associated features such as handrails, irrigation, lighting and rain gardens. It also includes the demolition, disposal and replacing portions of the existing sidewalk and curb/gutter (and associate fire lane painting) looping around the front of City Hall. Bonds required.
