The City of Fredericksburg is proposing to build a new Fire Station, the intended site is a cityowned parcel located at 3340 Fall Hill Avenue [GPIN 7779-09-1114] at the southwest corner of the intersection of Fall Hill Avenue and Wicklow Drive in the City of Fredericksburg. The City is requesting proposals from qualified Architect/Engineer (A/E) consultants to be part of a team to perform professional services for the design of the new Fire Station. Design services shall include landscape design, architectural design, interior design, structural engineering, site civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunication engineering services.
