Sealed Bids for Sound and Lighting for Special Annual Events will be received by the Isle of Wight County. Scope: To provide, install, and maintain professional lighting and sound services for large and small, outdoor County sponsored special events. Professional sound and lighting services are required for the following scheduled events and other events that may be added during any of the contract terms: -Isle of Wight County Fair Spring Fest, Independence Day Celebration, Isle of Wight County Fair Seafood Fest, Isle of Wight County Fair • Professional sound and light systems for two (2) stages for national, regional and local entertainment with an assortment of microphones. • Provide appropriate filler music to be played in-between sets. • Professional sound and light technicians for two (2) stages. • Provide front house and monitor board, each with 40 channels or more. • Provide front and rear truss lighting if needed. • Provide all Cables, Extension Cords and connectors for all equipment. • Must be able to fill rider and provide backline equipment for national performers if needed. • Provide a Paging System (PA System) to include 2 Microphones. • Must be able to provide video display boards for two (2) stages upon request.
