The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Utility Duct Bank and Conduits on Sterling Boulevard, Loudoun County, Virginia (the “Project”). The Project includes utility duct bank construction, utility conduit installation, and all associated work shown on the plans. The duct bank construction is in coordination with the future Sterling Blvd Extension Project. Multiple site locations are included in the Project along the future Sterling Boulevard corridor. Sites include the current Waste Management property along the existing Moran Road, and the property between Relocation Drive and Pacific Boulevard, opposite the existing Sterling Boulevard, both located in the Broad Run Election District, Loudoun County, Virginia. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
