The intent of this IFB is to provide median and roadside landscape maintenance and mowing for various sites throughout the City of Lynchburg. The maintenance work will consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, fuel, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform all of the work in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Landscape Maintenance section of this bid.
