Sealed Proposals are accepted by the City of Martinsville for Roof Replacement at Martinsville Water Plant. Scope: Propose to furnish labor, equipment, and supervision to replace the roof of the City of Martinsville Water Plant located at 302 Clearview Drive. Please see attached drawings for the current layout. City would prefer to go back with a similar rubber membrane roof that is on the current roof. Square footages are close estimates and will need to be verified by vendor. Note the roof is not continuous but are at different levels. Section 1: 1,475 sq ft; Section 2: 378 sq ft; Section 3: 1,564 sq ft; Section 4: 485 sq ft; Section 5: 3,300 sq ft. Bonds required.
