The City of Norfolk is accepting bids for Lake Herbert Weir Gate. The work under this project consists of rebuilding the Lake Herbert spillway by repairing a portion of the earthen dam, installing sheet pilings, concrete pilings & footings and a mechanical weir gate with electrical controls. MBE goal 7.4%. Bonds required.
