The City is seeking a responsible vendor to conduct an underwater hull survey for the Battleship Ex-Wisconsin on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall perform an underwater hull survey, to include hull thickness gauging, coating thickness measurement, cathodic potential measurement, and video inspection. Cathodic protection systems shall be inspected and serviced in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) S9086-CQ-STM-10/Chapter 19, "Cathodic Protection Systems." The underwater hull survey shall include accurate and repeatable records of the structural material condition, coating condition, corrosion protection systems effectiveness, visual inspection, and measurement of discovered damage.
