The Town of Blackstone is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for approximately 67,000 square yards of modified single seal surface treatment within the Town of Blackstone. This is a unit price solicitation to be awarded for calendar year 2025. First seal to be CRS-2 liquid asphalt covered by #8p stone. Second seal to be CRS-2 liquid asphalt covered by #9 stone. Award shall be based on unit price per Square Yard.
