The City of Portsmouth will receive sealed Bids for the Clifford Street Pump Station Upgrades. The Work under this Project consists of the repairs associated with the Clifford Street Pump Station Upgrades are further listed as line items within this bid. The work shall include all incidentals including but not limited to mobilization, demobilization, de-watering, shoring, special bedding, special backfill, pavement restoration, site restoration, traffic control, permitting, workplace safety, notifications, root removal, legal disposal of material, erosion and sediment control, unforeseen conflicts, and repair of any and all leaks resulting from the contractor’s performance of this work. All materials shall be provided by the contractor. DBE goal 9%. Bonds required.
