Sealed bids are invited for the removal of an existing locker room and installation of new toilets for VDOT’s Lynchburg District Hampden Sydney AHQ (FAACS #B3190129) located at 50 Highway Shop Road, Farmville, Virginia 23901. The project is generally described as Renovations to the Hampden Sydney AHQ with the demolition and removal of an existing locker room and addition of new toilet facilities in an existing building. The new toilets will be installed within the boundaries of the existing footprint of the removed locker room. The work will include but is not limited to removal of the existing locker room, furnishings, lockers, ceiling grid and installation of new plumbing fixtures, drains, mechanical and plumbing and related accessories to support the new work. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
