Prince William Water will provide the MS Teams link to requestors only. A Non -Mandatory site visit is scheduled Monday 1:00 PM EST, October 7, 2024. The existing bridge is located along a gravel road approximately 300 feet from the eastern end of Quarry Road in the City of Manassas. The bridge crosses Russia Branch and provides access to a sanitary sewer metering station #47 operated by the Upper Occoquan Service Authority (UOSA).

Prince William County Service Authority d/b/a Prince William Water is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for Sewer Collection Rehabilitation & Replacement Program - UOSA Bridge Replacement. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: • Mobilization/ Demobilization and Project Closeout • Demolition and disposal of the existing bridge • Erosion controls including a stream diversion • CCTV video inspection of the existing sanitary sewer • Site grading • Temporary sewage diversion pumping system • Construction of a new concrete bridge including rip rap and guardrail • Gravel access road • Installation of landscaping of seeding.
