The City of Richmond, Virginia, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, seeks bids from qualified firms for the construction of the E. Main St. – Williamsburg Ave. Intersection Improvements project. This Project, subject to Virginia Department of Transportation specifications, will entail improving and realigning the City intersection of E. Main Street and Williamsburg Avenue. The curve at Libby Hill Park will be improved to accommodate a design speed of 25 MPH. Additionally, a new signal will be installed at the intersection. The intersection improvements will also include construction of pedestrian facilities and landscaping services. New sidewalks will need to be constructed on both sides of the intersection. Bonds required.
