Roanoke County requests sealed bids from qualified contractors for a concrete apron and site slab replacement and expansion project located at the Roanoke County Fire and Rescue Station #3, 4212 Old Cave Spring Road, Roanoke, VA 24018. The scope of the Base Bid includes the following at the Roanoke County Fire and Rescue Station #3: • Approximately 8,050 s.f. of total removal and replacement of existing concrete. • Approximately 200 s.f. of asphalt removal and replacement with new concrete. • Approximately 100 s.f. of new concrete expansion. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all site measurements prior to submitting bids. Bonds required.
