The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish a standard contract to provide resurfacing and repair of Woodlands Pool located at 2 Northampton Boulevard, Stafford, Virginia 22554. This work shall include, but is not limited to, cleaning the pools, preparing surfaces for application, and repairing and replacing associated furnishings to prepare the pools for a successful opening.
