Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms to qualify to bid the Mechanical bid package and Electrical bid package for the Three Rivers Convention Center Expansion in Kennewick, Washington. Only prequalified firms will be eligible to bid these packages, which are expected to be available later this year. The Mechanical scope of work consists of providing new plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems for the expansion including controls and possible modifications in the existing convention center. The Electrical scope of work consists of provide new power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for the expansion including possible modifications in the existing convention center. The work will take place under an aggressive schedule during Fall 2024. The Request for Qualification documents are available electronically upon request to Nick Lambdin at nlambdin@lydig.com. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
