Contractor shall furnish transportation, labor, supervision, applicable tools, equipment, consumables, and materials for Steam and Water Leak Evaluation and Repair Work at Columbia. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Structural integrity evaluation. 2. Evaluation and detection. 3. Water leak mitigation. 4. Steam leak mitigation. 5. Leak sealing. 6. Freeze seal services. 7. Pre and post heat weld treatments. 8. Valve repair Work. 9. Onsite machining. 10. Hot tapping. 11. Other related Work as required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
