The work shall include project temporary traffic control, construction surveying, removing asphalt concrete pavement, roadway excavation incl. haul, 1226 CY of crushed surfacing top course, 1030 tons of Commercial HMA, soil residual herbicide, roadside ditches, shoulder restoration, structural earth walls, check dams and other work. DBE goal 12%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
