The scope of work includes: (1) Demolition - removal and disposal or salvage of equipment, structures, piping, etc. (2) Metal Fabrication –shop and limited field fabrication and installation of metal structures, such as ladders, hatches, rebar, anchor bolts, metal flashing, etc. (3) Concrete - field fabrication of concrete structures, such as slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, stormwater vaults and catch basins, etc. (4) Flexible Pavement, such as hot mixed asphalt (HMA) – repairs and restoration incidental to roadway repairs in the public right of way and/or part of sanitary sewer system or facility improvements. (5) Monitoring Well Decommissioning and Redevelopment – decommissioning of groundwater monitoring, settlement monitoring wells and/or Piezometric wells. (6) Site work - miscellaneous work including site clearing, trenching, paving, fence, and gate installation. (7) Miscellaneous – other tenant improvement work, such as, doorway and window installations and modifications, glazing, brick and mortar repair, mill and case work, and general woodwork and carpentry, flooring repair. (8) Material reclaiming and recycling from structure demolition. (9) Structure erection, such as rain shelters, storage containers and sheds. 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement; 10% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) for the total price of all executed Work Orders. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
