Trades: Roofing Contractor, Facia Board & Soffit Replacement: General Building Contractor
Remove and replace the roof with a TPO/PVC 80mil roof membrane on the main structure. The current architectural roof needs cleaned and repaired at the ridgeline. All Coping metal to be salvaged and reused. Sumps/Scuppers will need replaced. Exhaust fan curb to be wrapped with the membrane and capped with flashing. The State of Washington Legislature has provided an appropriation enabling Lewis County to perform much need deferred maintenance at several Senior Centers. This phase will focus on the exterior building envelope to ensure weathertightness to prolong the life of these buildings for years to come. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
