This work includes the selective demolition of the existing roofing materials, repairs to roof deck and associated trim in preparation for the new roofing installation. Installation of a new metal, single ply or composition roofing depending on the building and the acceptance of an alternate. Removal of all demolition and construction debris from the site. Alternate consists of installation of a new metal, single ply roof on the Animal Operations Building. MWBE goal of eight percent (8%) on all Public Works projects estimated at $20,000.00 or more including subcontractors. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
