The work includes installation of a new owner furnished 80kW generator, installation of an existing District-owned portable 125kW generator in a permanent configuration, constructing concrete slabs and steel canopies for the generators, and electrical improvements including new variable frequency drives, soft starters, owner furnished automatic transfer switches, buried and above grade pathways and conductors, and integration of the new components with the existing control systems, temporary erosion and sediment control, and general restoration. The Contractor shall provide all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and incidental work for a complete and operable installation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
