The current space at the Ballot Processing Center does not meet the current or future space and security needs of the Thurston County Auditors Election Division. The remodel will utilize the entire building and provide approximately 16,000 SQ. feet of space. The existing Ballot Processing Center is operational and occupied so the construction schedule must be done utilizing a phased approach to minimize adverse impact on the tenants and operations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
