The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (DOH) invites bids for the Hanover - Baileysville Resurfacing. Work will consist of milling the existing roadway and resurfacing with 1.5 inches of Skid Pavement, as well as placing shoulder stone adjacent to the newly resurfaced roadway for 3.10 miles. All work will be within the existing right of way. There will be no tree removal or work below OHW. DBE goal 8%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
