PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors and suppliers to bid the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades (RRBWWTP) No. 60713-00 CMAR – Bid Package 2 for EPWater in El Paso, TX.
Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.
