Work performed under this Contract shall comply with all applicable terms, conditions and reporting requirements specified in SBCTA’s IFB, Standards and Special Provisions, including Buy America and Build American Buy America (BABA). 100% bonding may be required for all Subcontractors. OHLA is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions, non-signatory Subcontractors may be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under OHLA’s union agreements. Assistance available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services and technical assistance. Flexible time frames for performance, delivery and breaking out portions of work into economically feasible packages to encourage participation may be discussed. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor’s quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Quotations are to remain valid for same duration as specified by Owner for contract award.
