The Loa Fish Hatchery was originally constructed in the mid 1930s. Due to age, disease, and invasive species present on-site, a new fish hatchery and accompanying buildings are needed to replace the aged and dilapidated facilities. The demolition of the site will need to take place before the hatchery can be rebuilt. The goal of the demolition project is to remove and dispose of most of the structures and infrastructure that is onsite.
