The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to pre-qualify Proposers who will be directly solicited and invited to participate in an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Traffic Control Services and rental of Traffic Control Devices for use during construction, maintenance and repair operations of Denver Water’s infrastructure within the Denver Metro Area. Proposers must be successfully pre-qualified through this RFQ process in order to advance and receive an invitation to participate in the IFB.
