Bidders are welcome to arrive for inspection of the facilities at any time during the open house. Parking at the facility is very limited. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to stagger visitations rather than all arriving at 12:00 PM. There will be no formal meeting that starts at 12:00 PM. Any prospective bidder not attending the pre-bid open house will be fully responsible for making separate arrangements with the City of Creswell for access to examine the project site

The work includes the following: Seismic upgrades for two (2) existing 500,000 gallon water storage tanks including concrete footing improvements, anchors bolts, and flexible pipe connections. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
