The scope of work includes: The purchase of Level 2 dual handled EV chargers by Loop or approved equal in the quantities noted in attachment I and as specified in attachment J Installation of the EV chargers based on the numbers and locations noted in attachment I The base bid shall include: Riego Creek Park John Byouk Park Alternatives shall include: The Courts at Gibson Park Denio Family Park Roseville Soccer Complex • The timing for installation will span over two years with: Riego Creek Park – EV install in Fall 2024 John Byouk Park – EV install in Spring 2025 Roseville Soccer Complex – EV install in Late Summer 2025 The Courts at Gibson – if elected – EV install Summer 2025 Denio Family Park – if elected – EV install in Fall 2024 • Obtain appropriate and required building permits for the EV charging stations • Price adjustments will not be automatic. They must be mutually agreed upon by both the City and the vendor. The City will review the proposed pricing and determine if it is allowable, fair, reasonable, and in the best interest of the City.
