Trades: Class A - *General Engineering Contractor GEC; Subcontractor Opportunities, C8 - Concrete Contractor: Sidewalks, Curbs, Gutters, Driveways, Handicap ADA Ramps. Pedestrian Improvements, CIP Concrete NIGP 913-47
Services to be provided by the contractor, and the amount of the services, shall be as follows: Excavate and properly dispose of existing concrete and Handrail; Form for 4-inch-thick concrete flatwork per supplied pictures; Provide, Pour and place 4000 psi concrete with fiber and air entrainment; Finish concrete with tooled edges and tooled crack prevention joints and a light broom finish; Remove forms and cleanup and debris generated during project; Provide and install round pipe handrail with top, mid-rail and kick plate to current ADA specifications; All work to be done in a safe adn workmanlife manner to industry standrads; Allw ork will comply with the California Building and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
