The site visit will include visits to both, the new site, and the site to be dismantle. Vendors only need to attend one pre-bid site visit. The location is as follows: Coordinates - , 30° 6'32.02"N, 99°11'12.93"W. Entrance to the site is .5 miles South of Hollomon Rd in the median on I-10 Southbound. The site is in the median between I-10 N and I-10 S.

Teas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is soliciting proposals for turn-key radio communication tower services to support various statewide site projects required to design, construct, maintain, improve, decommission, or expand its radio communications infrastructure. Contractor personnel must be certified climbers in accordance with applicable sections of ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Z359, Z490, ANSI 10.48, and OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration), TIA 222‐ H (or current) and TIA 322. Bidders must confirm that they and/ or their sub-contractors are certified within its response. Upon request, selected Bidder must provide proof of required certifications. See attached for detailed requirements. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
