This Request for Proposal is issued by the City of Hemet to solicit written proposals from interested firms, joint- ventures, partnerships, or corporations formed for the purpose of responding to this RFP to design and construct, a new Water Treatment Plant at Well 15, pipeline from Well 16, electrical modifications/upgrades, perimeter fence, metal well house for Well 16 and associated improvements located at Mary Henley Park, Johnson Avenue, north side, approx. 700 ft., west of Kirby Street, Hemet, California, pursuant to a Design-Build Agreement.
