The successful bidder of this project shall have the following current and active California State Contractor’s License at the time of the submission of the bid and throughout the duration of the contract: Class A – General Engineering Contractor, C-8 – Concrete Contractor, or C12 – Earthwork and Paving Contractor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
