This project shall consist of the purchase and delivery of flexible base (materials only) for the Childress District consisting of Briscoe, Childress, Collingsworth, Cottle, Dickens, Donley, Foard, Hall, Hardeman, King, Knox, Motley, and Wheeler Counties. The contractor shall designate an on-site representative who has full authority to speak and make decisions on his behalf. Each work order will specify a delivery site by the bid item in the contract and quantity to be supplied. The minimum amount of material to be ordered on an individual work order is 6000 gallons. Minimum delivery quantity shall be 24 tons. Bonds required.
