The Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this Request for Proposals to select a firm to provide testing and inspection services for the Arthur Perdue Stadium Improvements project. The scope of testing, inspection, and lab services may include, but is not limited to, the following: Earthwork/oils, Environmental Conditions, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Roofing, Fireproofing/Fire-Resistant Materials, Waterproofing and Air Barriers, Windows and skylights, and Painting. MBE goal 10%.
