The scope of work is for the Construction Services required for the Planning & Development Services Building/Parking Lot Improvements/Maintenance consisting of: Remove existing Concrete Wheel Stops for parking lot improvements (save for later). Preparation of the existing parking lot to receive surface treatment consisting of but not limit to: Clean the old pavement surface from any dust with power brooms, street sweepers, and power wash if necessary, Clean and or seal all oil drip areas, Removal of pavement marking if any (raised markers, thermoplastic striping), Masking/protect all areas not to receive surface treatment, and Seal all Cracks wider than ¼” with specialty crack sealer material. Application of Type I Slurry Seal Coat must be done on the entire Parking Lot area with asphalt surface. Reinstall existing Concrete Wheel Stops to the original location. The New Parking Striping will be following the Existing Parking Layout. Scope of Work is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all operations as required work, as indicated in construction documents, specified herein, or reasonably required to complete the work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
