The city is proposing to reconstruct Manton Lane from N.W. Millitary to Lockhill Selma Road including a new culvert along Manton Lane just southwest of Lockhill Selma Road and reconstruct Carolwood Drive from Banyan Drive to Lockhill Selma Road with storm drain improvements along Carolwood Drive from Banyan Drive to a City of San Antonio property northeast of the Carolwood Drive and Lockhill Selma Road intersection. The storm drain improvements will tie into an existing system that ends at the intersection of Carolwood Drive and Banyan Drive. San Antonio Water System water and sewer improvements will be included with the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
