The proposed work under this Contract includes resurfacing 6.3-miles of Route 110 in Lowell, Dracut, and Methuen, from the Merrimack River bike path in Lowell in the west to Alexander Circle in Methuen in the east. The work includes: • Roadway resurfacing • Sidewalk improvements • Upgraded pedestrian curb ramps • Buffered bike lanes All work shall be performed within the existing Town/City and/or State Highway Layout lines. No rights to enter upon or occupy private property have been acquired. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
