Bastrop County has a need for professional engineering services to include the creation of project budget(s), complete BCA(s), development of scope(s) of work and draft specifications for the preparation of FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) applications for projects associated with HMGP DR-5487 (Texas Windy Deuce Fire), HMGP DR-4781 (Texas Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and Flooding), and HMGP DR-4798 (Texas Hurricane Beryl). The selected Engineering firm will also be required to provide the subsequent preliminary and final design plans and necessary interim and final inspections required by Bastrop County for all funded projects. Description of Services and Special Conditions. Respondents will be required to show the ability to provide all the Engineering services described below. Respondent shall then provide a detailed description of how they meet the requirement, describing their knowledge and experience, as well as providing discrete examples of previous work where applicable.
