The project consists of pavement rehabilitation and restriping of of the following listed local roads: Morongo Place, Chocta Circle, Crow Circle, Cielito Drive, Blackfoot Way, Osage Trail (west and east of Eldorado), Zuni Road, Osage Court, Via Corona (north of Osage), Pawnee Circle, Mohican Circle, Pala Palms Drive, Shoshone Drive, Tecopa Circle, Kawea Way, Cholame Way, Navajo Road, Cochise Way, Camino Del Rey S, Via Mariposa, Apache Road, Mohawk Circle, Abrigo Way, Paseo Coronado, Via Corona, Painted Desert Drive (east of Rancho Palmeras), Cocopah Circle, Kachina Circle, Manzo Road, Mary Lane, Nancy Court, Debby Court, Desierto Drive, Williams Road, Alta Colina Way, Via Serena, Cielito Drive (south of Osage Trail), Calle Tranquilidad, Indian Wells Lane, Miami Circle , Mockingbird Trail , Shawnee Circle, Altamira Drive and Vista Dorado Drive, totaling approximately 30,500 linear feet of roadways. Manzo Road, Osage Trail, Cielito Drive, Altamira Drive, Zuni Road, Via Mariposa, Camino Del Rey, Navajo Road, Cholame Way, Chocta Circle, Crow Circle, and Kawea Way will have 4 ft wide edge grinds with 1.5” A.C. Overlay and Reinforcement Fabric. The pavement section at Osage Court lacks an aggregate base, and an asphalt overlay has been placed on top of the original pavement. To address this, the existing section will be removed, the subgrade will be prepared, and a new pavement section will be constructed. All other areas will receive a Slurry Seal Treatment. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
