Proposers will tour City Hall and City staff may answer proposer’s questions during the tour. Attendance at the tour is mandatory. All Contractors must have a representative at the start of the tour to be able to submit a proposal. Proposals will not be accepted from any Contractor who is late or does not attend the pre-proposal tour. The pre-proposal tour will begin at City Hall located at 1052 S. Livermore Ave, Livermore, CA 94550.
