The City of Rancho Santa Margarita invites qualified Consultants to submit proposals to provide professional architectural services for the City Hall - BTRCC Roof Replacement Project (Project). The City Hall - BTRCC Roof Replacement Project replaces the existing roof system at City Hall and Bell Tower Regional Community Center (BTRCC). The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, determining the construction of the existing roof system, assessing the roof’s overall condition, and designing a replacement roof system that can accommodate future solar photovoltaic system. Additional information can be found in Section IV Scope of Services.
