Bidders shall meet at northeast corner of the school on 22nd Street and Dolores Street. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to qualify to bid on this project.

The sewer repair/replacement location is under the school yard of northeast corner of 22nd Street and Dolores Street. The contractor shall furnish labor and materials to replace an existing 8 inch dia. clay sewer pipe under the above mentioned area; install new 10 inch dia. no hub cast iron pipe; connect one end of the new cast iron pipe upstream to existing clay pipe with new cleanout, connect an existing catch basin (yard sump); and connect the other end downstream to existing sewer pipe under the sidewalk with new riser, house trap and cover outside the existing retaining wall; core drill through 2 existing retaining walls required for the new cast iron pipe penetration; paint the new exposed cast iron pipe to match existing retaining wall color. The length of existing sewer pipe to be replaced is about 35 feet and the depth is about 6-1/2 feet deep.
